Benjamin Broderick Joins Theodora Oringher Miller & Richman PC
Theodora Oringher is pleased to welcome Benjamin Broderick to the firm's Orange County office.
Ben represents business clients in high-stakes litigation in both state and federal court. Ben typically handles consumer class actions, breach of contract actions, fraud claims, unfair business practices claims, malicious prosecution, and antitrust claims. Ben's clients come from a broad array of industries, including engineering and construction, telecommunications and advanced communications, technology, banking, insurance, travel, automotive, and computer programming.
Ben was named a "Rising Star" in the 2006 and 2007 editions of Los Angeles Magazine and Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine.
Prior to joining Theodora Oringher, Ben was a senior associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP.
