Dana Strader has represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters for more than seven years in the health care and insurance, and automotive industries. Her clients have included physicians, major hospitals and medical centers, public entities and national companies.
Representative matters
- Successfully obtained summary judgment for clients as well as negotiated favorable settlements early in litigation or with dispositive motions pending
- Represented a national corporation in defense of its premises liability claims
- Assists with supervision of counsel across the United States for a national corporation, including coordination and oversight of discovery and case reports
- Successfully resolved multiple wrongful death and personal injury cases in connection with alleged medical malpractice against physicians and hospitals
- Represented public entity in defense of personal injury claims
Professional Qualifications and Memberships
Dana is admitted to practice in California, as well as before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the US District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California.
She is active with the Junior League of Orange County.
Education
Dana received her BA in Law & Society from University of California at Santa Barbara. She received her JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was a quarterfinalist in Honors Moot Court and an active member of the Honors Moot Court Board. Dana also received a Certificate in Public Interest Law.
